It tracks monthly achievements per performance indicator for your structure. Submit one per month, ideally before month-end; quarterly aggregates compile them.

Each indicator total = Women + Girls + Men + Religious + Community + Traditional leaders. Leave Total empty and it auto-calculates on submit.

One roadmap report per structure/year/month is allowed. Open the existing report from the warning link instead of creating a duplicate.

Any month of the current year (and recent past years). The Missed Reports widget on the home page lists exactly which months you still owe, with submit buttons.

Input fields adapt to the indicator text: Women/Girls/Men/leader fields show only when the indicator mentions them. Total-only indicators show just the total box.

Central admins: Data Import Center → Roadmap → download the template (pre-filled with your structure, month, year and all indicators), fill the beige cells (Totals auto-sum), upload, map, fix any unknown structures, then insert.

Control is a technical uniqueness key (structure_year_month) preventing duplicates. You never need to fill it; the system builds it automatically.

Yes. Fill the form without connection; it saves to the offline queue and syncs automatically when you reconnect. API errors (e.g. duplicates) are shown, not queued.
