Commemorations with fixed dates (e.g. African Women's Day). Each celebration report links to an event; deadlines run 5 days after the event date.

Open Celebration Reports → Add, pick the event, reporting date, year and your name, then fill introduction, week/day activities, challenges and photos.

A user files at most one report per event per year. The form blocks duplicates and links to the existing report for editing.

Central admins manage the events registry (name + date). Deadlines and home-page countdowns derive from these dates automatically.

Central admins: Data Import Center → Celebrations. Include event name, date, year, reporter, intro/conclusion, activities with dates/venues, and challenges.
