Monthly: one report per structure/month/year, identified by a Control string. Semestrial aggregates compile them (deadlines: June 20 and December 20).

Indicators are scoped: Delegations see delegation indicators, Centres see centre indicators, central/regional see all. Your scope follows your structure type.

Open the existing report via the duplicate warning link and edit it instead. The submit button stays disabled while a duplicate is detected.

Yes (central admins): Data Import Center → Activity Reports. The template takes one row per indicator detail with activities, partners, venue, date, result, difficulty and suggestion columns.

Submitted elapsed months ÷ elapsed months × 100 for your structure (current year). Future months never count as failed. Scope averages appear on the reporting matrix.
