Yes, in the form's photo step (cover photo supported) and offline temp upload handles poor connections.

The connectivity ping failed (captive portals or unstable networks do this). Check the offline banner; use Sync once stable. True server errors now display instead of queuing.

Fixed: covers now show the structure name prominently (owner of the report) with scope as subtitle. Refresh cached PDFs (Ctrl+Shift+R) if you see an old one.

Sync may have updated your login identifiers. Try email, telephone and matricule variants, or ask admin to verify your account.
