Open the module list (e.g. Roadmap Reports) and click Add Report. Fill Structure, period and values, then Submit. The app blocks duplicates for the same period.

The home page shows a deadline countdown, your missed reports with submit buttons, reporting performance widgets, quick actions and module cards.

Open the module list, click Aggregate, choose period and year, then view on screen or download PDF/Word. Aggregates respect your scope (structure, division, region).

Without connection, forms save into an on-device outbox queue. A banner shows pending items; a Sync button (or automatic sync) sends them when online.

Open the report (or aggregate) and click Download PDF. Files now download directly (D mode) instead of opening in the browser tab.
